The Cook Assistant Commisis responsible for preparing and cooking high quality foods as perrecipe standard. This position assiststhe Chef de Partie and to executemealproduction demand on a daily basis. Knowledge of food menus, recipes, food ingredients, allergens, and basic cooking methods are required
