Join MSC Cruises' Excellence Hub in Valencia as a Sales Team Leader and lead our Sales Agents in a dynamic, international sales environment.
Your mission will be to coach, motivate and develop your team while driving sales performance, conversion and revenue, ensuring exceptional customer experience.
Your Impact
- Lead, coach and motivate Sales Agents through daily feedback and performance support.
- Monitor team performance across sales, conversion, upselling, revenue, productivity, CSAT and quality KPIs.
- Provide real-time coaching on consultative selling, objection handling and closing techniques.
- Support agents with complex customer situations and high-value bookings.
- Identify performance gaps and implement actions to improve sales results and individual performance.
- Manage real-time team operations, including breaks and intra-shift adjustments.
- Handle customer escalations and collaborate with Regional Management, Quality and WFM teams.
Your Journey so far
- 4 years of sales experience in a target-driven environment.
- Previous Team Leader experience is a plus, but strong leadership potential is essential.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and KPIs.
- Strong commercial mindset and coaching skills.
- Experience in travel, tourism, hospitality, OTA, cruise or complex-product sales is an advantage.
- Native-level German required to support the DACH market (Germany, Austria and Switzerland). additional languages are a plus.
