Your Purpose
As a YC Asst. Waiter, you support the Yacht Club service team in delivering an exceptional luxury dining experience. Working alongside the YC Waiter, you assist with table service, mise en place, food and beverage delivery, and guest requests while ensuring the highest standards of hospitality, presentation, and attention to detail. Your professionalism and dedication help create a refined and welcoming atmosphere for every Yacht Club guest.

Your Journey So Far
- Previous experience as an Assistant Waiter, Waiter Assistant, or in a similar Food & Beverage service role within a luxury hotel, fine-dining restaurant, or cruise ship.
- Good knowledge of fine dining service standards, table setting, and food and beverage service.
- Strong communication and guest service skills with a professional and friendly attitude.
- Good command of spoken and written English; additional languages are an advantage.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, multicultural environment while maintaining high service standards.
Your Essentials
- Hospitality qualification or relevant Food & Beverage service experience.
- Previous experience in luxury hotels, fine-dining restaurants, or onboard cruise ships is an advantage.
- Basic knowledge of wines, beverages, and fine dining service.
- Strong teamwork, organization, and attention to detail.
- Positive attitude, reliability, and commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences.
- Flexibility to work onboard for extended contracts in a multicultural environment.
