Surveillance Supervisor

Position Summary/ Tóm tắt vai trò

Supervise the shift operation, organization and allocation of duties of the monitor room team. Responsible for supervising the monitor room operations in the absence of the Surveillance Shift Manager or the Assistant Surveillance Shift Manager.

All responsibilities are to be performed in accordance with departmental and company policies, practices and procedures, as well as within the framework and intent of the Vision for The Grand Ho Tram.

Giám sát hoạt động ca trực, tổ chức và phân công nhiệm vụ cho đội ngũ phòng giám sát. Chịu trách nhiệm giám sát hoạt động của phòng giám sát trong trường hợp vắng mặt Quản lý Ca Giám sát hoặc Trợ lý Quản lý Ca Giám sát.

Tất cả các trách nhiệm này phải được thực hiện phù hợp với chính sách của bộ phận và công ty, thực tiễn và quy trình, cũng như trong khuôn khổ và tầm nhìn của The Grand Ho Tram.

Responsibilities/ Trách nhiệm

• Liaise with management level personnel of other departments./ Phối hợp với các cấp quản lý của các bộ phận khác.
• Communicate effectively./ Giao tiếp hiệu quả.
• Actively support and lead by example with company and department standards and objectives./ Chủ động hỗ trợ và làm gương trong việc thực hiện các tiêu chuẩn và mục tiêu của công ty và bộ phận.
• Supervise the shift operation and daily activities of the monitor room team to ensure an efficient and effective operation./ Giám sát hoạt động ca trực và các công việc hàng ngày của đội ngũ phòng giám sát để đảm bảo vận hành hiệu quả.
• Provide guidance, and instruction/s to Senior Surveillance Operators and Surveillance Operators./ Hướng dẫn và đào tạo cho các Nhân viên Giám sát Cấp cao và Nhân viên Giám sát.
• Engender a proactive approach to monitor room operations with emphasis on the observation, detection and proving of suspicious and illegal activity./ Xây dựng phương pháp làm việc chủ động, tập trung vào việc quan sát, phát hiện và chứng minh các hành vi đáng ngờ hoặc bất hợp pháp.
• Engender a respectful and harmonious workplace and team and result based approach./ Tạo môi trường làm việc tôn trọng, hài hòa, định hướng theo nhóm và kết quả.
• Actively set tasks and provide direction for the shift./ Chủ động phân công nhiệm vụ và định hướng công việc trong ca.
• Delegate workload and duties responsibly./ Phân bổ khối lượng công việc và trách nhiệm một cách hợp lý.
• Ensure that assignments and routine duties are completed to department SOPs./ Đảm bảo các nhiệm vụ và công việc thường nhật được hoàn thành theo quy trình chuẩn (SOP) của bộ phận.
• Ensure compliance with all company and department policies and procedures./ Đảm bảo tuân thủ đầy đủ các chính sách và quy trình của công ty và bộ phận.
• Coach, counsel, and discipline as per company/department guidelines./ Huấn luyện, tư vấn và xử lý kỷ luật theo đúng hướng dẫn của công ty/bộ phận.
• Provide feedback to team members in a timely manner./ Phản hồi kịp thời cho các thành viên trong nhóm.
• Compile file notes and feedback for performance reviews./ Ghi chép hồ sơ và phản hồi phục vụ đánh giá hiệu suất.
• Ensure a strong working knowledge of department SOPs and related manuals and systems, review these for relevancy and for clarification of issues./ Đảm bảo hiểu rõ các SOP, tài liệu và hệ thống liên quan; thường xuyên rà soát để đảm bảo tính phù hợp và làm rõ các vấn đề.
• Apply initiative in dealing with situations (backed by department SOPs)./ Chủ động xử lý các tình huống dựa trên SOP của bộ phận.
• Maintain records and files for the department in accordance with department SOPs./ Lưu trữ hồ sơ, tài liệu của bộ phận theo đúng quy định.
• Review and approve documents and reports and observations generated by the team./ Xem xét và phê duyệt các tài liệu, báo cáo và ghi nhận do đội ngũ thực hiện.
• Review reports, statistics and data from various company and department information systems./ Phân tích các báo cáo, số liệu và dữ liệu từ các hệ thống thông tin của công ty và bộ phận.
• Compile and prepare in depth shift reports, summaries and logs./ Tổng hợp và chuẩn bị báo cáo ca chi tiết, bản tóm tắt và nhật ký công việc.
• Provide support to Surveillance management./ Hỗ trợ công tác quản lý Giám sát.
• Other duties as required./ Thực hiện các nhiệm vụ khác theo yêu cầu.

Requirements

Qualifications/ Trình độ chuyên môn

• 3-5 years of casino surveillance experience (preferred 2 years of previous supervisory or senior operator experience). Previous experience in large ( 15 console plus) monitor room./ Có từ 3–5 năm kinh nghiệm trong lĩnh vực giám sát casino (ưu tiên có ít nhất 2 năm kinh nghiệm ở vị trí giám sát hoặc nhân viên cấp cao). Có kinh nghiệm làm việc tại phòng giám sát quy mô lớn (từ 15 màn hình/console trở lên).
• Speak, read and write English to very high standard./ Có khả năng nghe, nói, đọc, viết tiếng Anh ở mức rất tốt.
• Knowledge and experience of CCTV systems usage. / Có kiến thức và kinh nghiệm sử dụng hệ thống CCTV.
• Customer service and delivery focused. Ability to manage a large scale monitors room team on a shift basis./ Định hướng dịch vụ khách hàng và hiệu quả công việc; có khả năng quản lý đội ngũ phòng giám sát quy mô lớn theo ca.
• Building and managing a diverse workforce./ Có khả năng xây dựng và quản lý đội ngũ nhân sự đa dạng.
• Must be able to work various shifts including weekends and holidays./ Có thể làm việc theo nhiều ca khác nhau, bao gồm cuối tuần và ngày lễ.
• Extensive knowledge of cheating and game protection issues./ Am hiểu sâu về các hành vi gian lận và các vấn đề bảo vệ trò chơi.
